Established in 2011 under the Himachal Pradesh State Legislature, Bahra University is a 25-acre residential campus at Waknaghat, Solan — founded by the Rayat-Bahra Group under Chancellor Sardar Gurvinder Singh Bahra. School of Law: BCI Approved, UGC Recognised
The School of Law holds full approval from the Bar Council of India (BCI) — the apex body regulating legal practice under the Advocates Act, 1961 — alongside UGC recognition. Graduates are eligible to enroll as advocates across India upon clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
