Bahra University MBA Students Showcase Research Excellence at International Conference ESCAD-2026

The Bahra University School of Management proudly celebrates the academic participation of MBA 2nd Semester students Ms. Aastha and Mr. Chetan Gujta at the prestigious International Conference on Environmental Sustainability, Climate Adaptation & Disaster Management (ESCAD-2026) organized by the Central University of Himachal Pradesh on 21–22 May 2026.
Representing Bahra University on an international academic platform, both students actively participated in the poster presentation category and showcased insightful research addressing critical environmental and disaster management concerns relevant to Himachal Pradesh.

Ms. Aastha presented her research paper titled “Climate Change Impact in Shimla and Solan Region,” highlighting the environmental challenges and changing climatic patterns affecting the hill regions of Himachal Pradesh. Mr. Chetan Gujta presented his research titled “An Analytical Study of Disaster Management and Preparedness Initiatives in the Shimla Region,” focusing on disaster preparedness strategies, risk mitigation, and administrative response systems in vulnerable mountain regions.

The international conference brought together researchers, academicians, environmental experts, policymakers, and students from across the country to discuss emerging global concerns related to environmental sustainability, climate adaptation, and disaster management practices. The event served as an important knowledge-sharing platform encouraging interdisciplinary research and innovative policy discussions.
