Faculty Development Program on “Hands-on Practice: CO–PO–PSO–PEO” Held at Bahra University

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bahra University successfully organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Hands-on Practice: CO–PO–PSO–PEO” on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 at 2:00 PM in the University Auditorium.
The program was conducted under the patronage of the Vice-Chancellor, Bahra University, with the objective of providing practical insights into Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and effective mapping of Course Outcomes (COs), Program Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), and Program Educational Objectives (PEOs).
The session focused on strengthening academic planning, assessment strategies, and alignment of curriculum with institutional goals and accreditation requirements. Faculty members actively participated in hands-on exercises and discussions aimed at enhancing clarity and implementation of OBE frameworks across departments.
All faculty members attended the program, reflecting the University’s collective commitment toward academic excellence, quality enhancement, and continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes.
The initiative reaffirmed Bahra University’s dedication to fostering a robust academic environment aligned with national quality standards and best practices in higher education.
